FdR Consultancy was established in response to the rapid shift in employment practice within the last decade, where coping with redundancy, dealing with a career change and increased stress levels are now common events in people's lives.

To resource this extra workload, FdR Consulting is there to provide external and independent expertise.

Francis des Rosiers, who founded the company, has been an active coach and mentor for several years, working with junior, middle management and senior staff to optimise their skills and pleasure in work.   Additionally Francis mentors secondary school children on a voluntary basis.

She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development with over 15 years experience heading up the personnel function in publicly-quoted and private companies.

Francis was a founder member of Cantab Pharmaceuticals plc, and as Director of Human Resources joined the Senior Management Team.
Prior to her career within personnel, Francis successfully ran her own property management business.
